We are delighted to announce that our client, Bluprintx, the strategic digital transformation consultancy backed by Palatine, has acquired Australian Salesforce specialist Skie, in a move that significantly strengthens its global Salesforce capabilities and underlines its ambition to become a leading global consolidator across the Salesforce and Adobe ecosystems.
Founded just over six years ago, Skie has rapidly established itself as one of APAC’s fastest-growing Salesforce consultancies, with over 210 certifications and a 50-strong team of experts. The company is known for its creative, high-performance approach to digital transformation, as well as its leadership in implementing Agentforce, Salesforce’s AI platform for autonomous enterprise agents, more widely than any other firm outside of the global systems integrators.
The transaction completed in February 2025 and marks Bluprintx’s latest step in its strategic buy-and-build strategy. It is the latest deal in a series of international acquisitions, of which GHF Advisory has also advised Bluprintx on Definitive Results (April 2024) and ITG Commerce (September 2024).
The deal was funded by lending partner, ThinCats who have also provided an acquisition facility which will enable Bluprintx to expand its capabilities and reach across key geographies.
Commenting on the acquisition, Lee Hackett, Group CEO of Bluprintx, said: “Skie brings exceptional Salesforce capabilities, a brilliant leadership team, and a depth of experience that aligns perfectly with our broader strategy. This acquisition strengthens our position across APAC and adds new momentum to our goal of reaching £100 million in revenue, while helping enterprise clients scale intelligently through data, AI, and technology-led transformation.”
James Painter, Senior Investment Director at Palatine, added: “We are delighted to support Bluprintx in making its second acquisition since our platform investment in September 2024. Skie is a great fit given its Salesforce expertise and capability in relation to Agentforce. We look forward to continuing to support Bluprintx on its acquisitive strategy.”
